Pre-inspection and tile cleaning test
Prior to any work commencing, our technician will book a convenient time to inspect your tiles. During this visit, specific cleaning products will be chosen, depending on the type of tile you have. Next, a tile cleaning test in conducted to ensure you are happy with the results.
Once you have seen the difference in your newly cleaned test tile, our technician measures the floor space and provides you with a free quote.
Pre-cleaning and tile preparation
On your appointment day, our technician applies the tile and grout cleaning solution to your specific tile surface. The solution is then agitated to penetrate the tile and to break down inground dirt. Using specialised equipment, a brushing technique is also applied on the grout lines to remove bacteria and grime.
High powered cleaning, sanitation and drying
Using the power of truck-mounted steam cleaning, the high temperature jets spray clean hot water onto your freshly prepared tiles. Then, using high pressure vacuum extraction, the soiled water is extracted. This process flushes the tile and grout area with 100°C clean water, leaving your floor space clean and sanitised.
Finally, your tiled surface is dried with soft towels to remove any excess moisture and water from the area.
