General Pest Control
General Pest Control targets cockroaches, ants, spiders, and silverfish. For an internal and external pest treatment, the procedure is to apply:
- spray treatment on all internal perimeters, i.e., floor edges
- gel baits in cupboard hinges, i.e., kitchen, bathroom, and laundry areas
- aerosol treatment in crevices, i.e., under your fridge, dishwasher, oven and washing machine
- bait and insecticide treatment in your roof void
- spray treatment on all external perimeters, including doorways, windows, sills, eves, weep holes, around pool fence and under outdoor furniture.
Flea Treatment
If you have had a pet at your property, it’s an end-of-lease requirement from your property management company to have a flea treatment.
This treatment is undertaken to cover your carpeted areas and skirting boards throughout the home.
It also covers your external lawned areas and perimeters to the property boundaries, including patios and verandas.
Year round protection
To protect your home all year round, you should have annual pest control treatment. When you book our services, you will automatically receive a 12-month maintenance warranty, which means if you find pests are re-emerging before the 12 months, we return to your home and apply a maintenance spray to keep your home safely topped up.
Then, when your home is due for its annual treatment, we’ll notify you so you can be sure you’re protected all year round.
