End of lease pest control
If you have had pets at your home, it is a real estate requirement to have a flea treatment as part of your end of lease move out. You may even be expected to have a general pest control treatment if you haven’t had pets in your home, so it’s vital to check your rental lease agreement before vacating.
Once the flea treatment has been completed, you will receive a fully itemised receipt which will list which product has been applied, the quantity, ratio, and where it has been applied. This is a legal requirement with any pest control treatment. You can then give this receipt to your property manager as evidence of your treatment by a licensed qualified pest technician.
